About the Architect:

Steven Gallagher is a Director at David Cox Architects, a boutique practice of chartered architects based in Preston, Lancashire. With over two decades of experience across the North West, Steven and the team are known for adding real value to complex sites and buildings — whether that means navigating sensitive heritage settings, unlocking the potential of challenging urban plots, or guiding projects through demanding planning processes. Winners of the Northern Design Awards and recognised as Professional Service Business of the Year at the BIBAs, the practice brings imagination, experience, and a genuine passion for Lancashire's built environment to every project they take on.
